Place an order
Pick a plan, country, protocol and number of addresses — the cost recalculates immediately, before you place the order.
Proxies by region
If you have not settled on a country yet, start with a region. Below is what the catalog actually holds for each direction; the composition changes with stock, so an empty block means no location in that region is currently on sale.
European proxies
European locations are usually chosen for checking regional site versions, local search results and testing from the region closest to the user. For visitors in western Russia they are also the shortest route among foreign options, which shows up in latency.
Below are the European countries available in the catalog right now, with the lowest price per address.
Germanyfrom 24 ₽
Great Britanfrom 24 ₽
Netherlandsfrom 24 ₽
North American proxies
North American addresses are taken when the task is tied to that region: checking search results, regional versions of services and how content renders for a local audience.
Bear the distance in mind: the route from Russia to North America is longer than to Europe, so latency will be higher. We name no specific third-party platforms here — the availability of any external service is set by its own rules, not by the country of an address.
USAfrom 25 ₽
Asian proxies
Asian locations are mostly needed for regional checks and for testing products aimed at local markets.
This is the most distant direction, and latency here is usually higher than with European addresses. If the task does not specifically require an Asian country, a closer location gives a more predictable result.
No Asian locations are on sale right now — see the available countries in the catalog above.
CIS proxies
CIS locations are chosen when a short route and a regional profile familiar to local services are what matters: checking search results, testing localization, working with regional versions of sites.
Among foreign directions this is usually the shortest path for users in Russia, so latency is lower than with European or American addresses.

What foreign proxies are used for
A foreign static IPv4 is needed wherever a request has to leave from a specific country and the address must not change: working with data, checking search results by region, testing regional versions of a product, and separating working environments by IP.
Data work and automation
- collecting publicly available data within the source’s rules and rate limits;
- spreading permitted requests across addresses;
- testing automated scenarios from a specific location;
- separating work processes by IP;
- managing addresses from your own software through the proxy management API.
SEO and checking search results
- viewing search results for different locations;
- checking regional results and how they differ from your own;
- analysing competitors’ local landing pages;
- monitoring whether your sites are reachable from other countries.
Testing sites and applications
- checking regional site versions and redirect correctness;
- QA testing from the country you need;
- diagnosing routing and network behaviour;
- verifying localization, currency and content rendering.
Managing independent working environments
- separating sessions between projects and team members;
- assigning a dedicated IP to a working profile;
- a stable network configuration that does not change between connections;
- scaling the number of connections as the task grows.
How to choose a foreign proxy
The choice comes down to four decisions: the country, the distance to it, how dedicated the address needs to be, and the protocol your software supports. It makes sense to start with one address on the affordable plan and scale after testing it on the real task.
Decide which location you need
The country of the IP should match the region you need to send requests from or test a resource in. If the task is checking the German version of a site, you need a German address, not "some European one".
If no specific country is dictated by the task, choose by route rather than by novelty: a nearer location almost always gives a more predictable connection.
Account for the distance to the server
The further the location is from you or from the target service, the higher the potential latency. That is the geography of the route, not a property of the plan: identical speed across all countries does not exist, and promising it would be dishonest.
The practical conclusion: compare actual behaviour on your network rather than stated characteristics. One address for 30 days is enough for that.
Choose the right level of dedication
This is where the main misunderstanding needs clearing up. At Proxy Soxy every proxy is sold against a specific order: for the rental period the address is not issued to another client. That holds for Basic as much as for Dedicated — no plan puts two clients on one IP at the same time.
The difference between the plans is not the number of users on an address but where it comes from and how much channel headroom it has: Basic from the service’s own stock, Dedicated sourced from a partner for your order with a channel from 100 Mbit/s. The term conditions differ too — see the plan comparison.
A Private plan exists in the service model but is not currently on sale, so it is neither offered nor priced on this page.
Check what your software requires
- HTTP — browsers, web tools and system network settings.
- HTTPS sites through an HTTP proxy — do open: the client builds a tunnel with CONNECT and the contents stay encrypted. There is no separate "HTTPS proxy" to buy.
- SOCKS5 — programs and applications that have their own fields for this protocol.
- Authentication — by login and password — issued together with the address and port.
- API — programmatic order management, covered in the documentation.
Before buying, check which protocol the program needs: both are available on both plans, with no surcharge for the choice.
Start with a small number of IPs
The minimum order is one address; a package is not required. That is enough to test the country, the route and compatibility with your software.
Scaling can come later: quantity is limited only by the stock of the chosen location, shown in the catalog. If budget is the deciding factor, see cheap proxies — it covers how not to overpay for parameters you do not need.
Plans for foreign proxies
Two plans are on sale, and both give a static IPv4 with HTTP and SOCKS5, orders from a single address, API access and an address tied to your order. They differ in where the address comes from, how much channel headroom it has, and the term conditions.

Prices by country
The minimum price and the cost for each country are shown in the catalog above — read from the Proxy Soxy system rather than typed into the text. Price depends on the plan, the country, the number of addresses and the rental term. There is no separate charge for traffic: billing is per address and period.
What moves the final amount
- Country — prices differ by location — they can be compared directly in the catalog.
- Plan — Basic is cheaper; Dedicated costs more because the address is sourced per order and comes with a channel from 100 Mbit/s.
- Number of addresses — the price per IP does not rise with quantity; active promotions appear in the configurator next to the selected location.
- Rental term — Basic is a fixed 30 days; on Dedicated the term is chosen at checkout and affects the total.
- What the plan includes — the address rental for the period, both protocols, the chosen location, credentials, the account dashboard and API access — at no extra charge.

What to know before buying
This collects what people usually ask after paying. We state both what we know for certain and what depends on the specific subnet or has to be confirmed by support — rather than papering over it with general wording.
What type of IP you get
- Protocol version — IPv4. No IPv6 addresses are on sale.
- Static or rotating — static only: the address does not change during the paid period and does not rotate automatically.
- Network type — depends on the specific subnet and plan. If it matters to your task whether the address is datacenter or ISP, ask support before buying — we do not claim one type for the whole catalog.
- Where the location comes from — the country belongs to the IP address and is determined by external geolocation databases.
- Disagreement between databases — is possible: different lookup services may report a different city and occasionally a different country. No single registry maps IPs to points on a map.
Is the IP used by other clients
No — on neither plan on sale. Every proxy is sold against a specific order, and for the rental period the address is not issued to another client. That applies to Basic as much as to Dedicated.
The difference between the plans lies in where the address comes from and its channel headroom, not in how many people use it. If you are choosing the higher plan for greater isolation, that argument does not apply here.
What we cannot guarantee is how the address was used before it entered the catalog. An IP’s history outside your rental period is not known to the service.
What restrictions apply
- Prohibited activity — use for unlawful purposes or to breach third-party service rules is not permitted — the terms are in the public offer.
- Traffic — not billed separately: you pay per address and term.
- Number of connections — not billed separately; technical limits are confirmed by support.
- Replacement — arranged through support if an address does not work or does not match the stated location.
- Refunds — per the terms of the public offer.
How support works
- channels: the site chat and Telegram;
- questions about connecting, locations, renewal and address replacement;
- knowledge base and API documentation at docs.proxysoxy.com;
- setup guides on proxy for Android and proxy for Brawl Stars.
We do not publish an average response time: there is no confirmed statistic to cite, and quoting a figure without one would be incorrect.
Questions about proxies by country
What is a foreign proxy?
A foreign proxy is a proxy server whose IP address is registered in another country. Your program’s requests travel through it, and the target service sees the proxy’s address and location rather than yours.
At Proxy Soxy these are static IPv4 addresses: the country is chosen before payment and the address does not change during the paid period.
Which countries are available to buy?
The current list is in Choose a proxy country. It is built from the Proxy Soxy system, so it contains no location that is not on sale.
The date and time the data was read is shown beside the list, and each country carries its available plans, protocols, stock and price per address.
Can I buy proxies in just one country?
Yes. The country is chosen at checkout, and there is no requirement to buy addresses in several locations.
If another country is needed later, it is a separate order — addresses in different countries are not linked.
Can I buy a single foreign IP?
Yes, the minimum order is one address and a package is not required. This applies to both plans.
The upper limit is set only by the stock of the chosen location, visible in the catalog and the configurator.
How do I choose the right location?
If the task is tied to a specific country, take that one. If not, choose by route: the closer the location, the lower the potential latency.
Test the result on your own network with a single address for 30 days — cheaper than comparing descriptions.
What type of IP does Proxy Soxy provide?
Static IPv4 addresses. There is no IPv6 and there are no rotating pools on sale.
The network type depends on the specific subnet and plan: if it matters whether the address is datacenter or ISP, ask support before buying.
How does Basic differ from Dedicated?
Not by the number of users: on both plans the address is tied to your order and is not issued to other clients during the rental.
Basic comes from the service’s stock and costs less, with baseline speed and a fixed 30-day term without auto-renewal. Dedicated is sourced from a partner per order, ships with a channel from 100 Mbit/s, and its term is chosen at checkout and can be renewed. The Private plan is not currently on sale.
Do the proxies support SOCKS5?
Yes. HTTP and SOCKS5 are available on both plans and chosen at checkout, with no surcharge for the protocol.
Availability of each protocol per country is visible in the catalog — they are sold as separate items with their own ports.
Can one proxy be used on several devices?
Technically the connection details are the same, so they can be entered on several of your devices.
But all traffic will leave from one address and the connections cannot be separated. If you need different IPs, take a separate proxy per device.
Does the IP change during the paid period?
No. The addresses are static: the IP is tied to your order for the whole rental and does not rotate automatically.
It also survives reconnects and device restarts — the settings keep working until the period ends.
Are there traffic limits?
There is no separate charge for traffic: billing is per address and rental term, not per volume of data.
Technical limits on simultaneous connections are not billed separately; if your task involves heavy load, confirm the details with support before buying.
How quickly are proxies delivered after payment?
The connection details appear in the Orders section of your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
No request form and no waiting for a manager: you receive the IP address, port, login and password for every address bought.
Can a non-working IP be replaced?
Yes, if the address does not work or does not match the stated location. Replacement is arranged through support: send the order number, the IP address and what exactly is wrong.
There is no automatic replacement from the dashboard at the moment.
How do I extend the rental?
On Dedicated — with the "Extend" button in your account, keeping the address and its settings.
Basic has no auto-renewal. After 30 days you place a new order and the address may differ, so the settings may need updating.
Is there an API for buying and managing proxies?
Yes, programmatic order management is available and covered in the documentation. There is no separate charge for API access.
It is the main path for teams and integrators that need to order, deliver and renew many addresses without manual work.
Why does IP geolocation differ between services?
Country and city are determined by external geolocation databases, and they update independently of each other. The same address may show as different cities and occasionally as different countries.
Check the IP in two or three independent services first. If most of them disagree with the stated country, write to support with the IP and the name of the lookup service.
Is access to a specific site or application guaranteed?
No. The availability of a third-party service depends on its own rules, anti-fraud systems and current restrictions — factors outside our infrastructure.
What we are responsible for is that the address works, is static, and matches the stated location. Promising that a particular external platform will work would be promising on behalf of whoever controls it.

Data sources and update information
This page was prepared by a Proxy Soxy proxy-infrastructure specialist and reviewed by a technical editor. The country list, prices, plans and stock are read directly from the Proxy Soxy system and update automatically — the date and time of the last read is shown beside the catalog and the price block.
Where the country and price data comes from
The list of locations, stock, plan availability and price per address are read from the Proxy Soxy catalog when the page is built, not typed into the copy. That is why they cannot diverge from what the configurator and your account show.
- source of the country list, prices and availability: the Proxy Soxy catalog;
- the date and time of the read is printed on the page and updates with the data;
- stock per location is the count of unsold addresses in the system, not an estimate;
- countries that are not on sale do not appear in the catalog;
- plan terms are checked against the actual ordering and renewal rules.
Limitations to know about up front
- access to a third-party site or application is not guaranteed — it depends on that service’s own rules and protections;
- identical speed across all countries does not exist: the further the location, the higher the potential latency;
- external geolocation databases can disagree on city, and occasionally on country;
- an address’s history before it entered the catalog is not known to the service;
- Basic has no auto-renewal: after 30 days the address may change;
- address replacement is arranged through support rather than automatically.
